Independent Order of Odd Fellows

Friendship. Charity. Service. A Legacy Worth Remembering.
Picture
For generations, fraternal organizations played an important role in small-town life, providing friendship, service, and a helping hand when families faced difficult times. Warrensburgh Lodge No. 488 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows was part of that tradition.
But who were the Odd Fellows, and what role did they play in our community? Our newest exhibit explores the history of Warrensburgh’s Odd Fellows, the men who belonged to the lodge, and the legacy they left behind. Come discover a piece of local history that may be more familiar than you realize.
